Accident Insurance Regulations

The object of insurance is the property interests related to the life and health of the policyholder (insured), in whose favor the insurance is carried out.

Risks

persistent health disorder, i.e. violation of the function of the damaged organ in the Insured as a result of an injury (bruise, injury, dislocation, or bone fracture, with the exception of pathological fracture, burn, frostbite, electric shock, compression) that occurred as a result of an accident, accidental acute poisoning with poisonous plants, chemicals, medicines, substandard food products, with the exception of food toxicoinfection (salmonellosis, dysentery, etc.), diseases of tick-borne encephalitis, (tick-borne encephalomyelitis) or polio, if they occurred during the validity period of the insurance contract;
health disorder as a result of a fracture, dislocation of a bone, complete rupture of a muscle, ligament, tendon, damage to internal organs that did not entail a violation of the function of the damaged organ, burns, wounds or frostbite of the soft tissues of the face with the formation of cosmetically noticeable scars or pigment spots, as well as soft tissues of the trunk and limbs with the formation of significant scars or extensive age spots, loss of teeth, rupture of the eardrum without hearing loss, penetrating injury to the eye without reducing visual acuity;
death of the Insured from the causes specified in subparagraph "a" and as a result of accidental ingestion of a foreign body into the respiratory tract, drowning, anaphylactic shock, heat stroke, hypothermia of the body (with the exception of death from colds).
