On March 14, 1997, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan I.A. Karimov signed Resolution No. 144 on the establishment of the KAFOLAT Insurance Company Joint Stock Company, Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-3317 dated October 9, 2017 "On measures to improve the activities of the KAFOLAT Insurance Company Joint Stock Company", which provides for measures to improve the company's activities in order to better meet the needs of the population, enterprises and organizations in insurance services, creating a mechanism for the formation of the innovative potential of the company, to increase its competitiveness in the insurance market of the republic.
The company's goal is to become one of the leaders of the national insurance market, to consolidate the reputation of a reliable, solid, professional and dynamically developing company.
The company's mission is to protect the life and well–being of citizens of Uzbekistan by providing affordable and meeting their needs insurance products.
